We used Jose and his team at L & L Build, to build a first floor kitchen extension to our double fronted terrace house in Cambridge, which he completed in December 2022. This involved putting in under floor heating, 6 metre wide triple-glazed sliding doors and laying a new patio in the garden, refitting existing and fitting new kitchen units and new oven ventilation, replacing four existing sashed windows on two stories with double glazed units, and a complete redecoration. We were very pleased with the way the work was carried out, given we were still living in the house, and the quality of the final outcome.
